  • A rehearsal at your chosen venue

‘Elopement Ceremony’

  • Small intimate ceremony up to 20 guests

  • Professionally presented ceremony on the day

  • Lodgement of all necessary legal documents

  • Commemorative marriage certificate

  • Provision of professional PA system

  • Guidance through to your ceremony to ensure it is just as you desire

  • Travel costs to be negotiated outside 75km radius of Donvale

‘MC Package’

Add on an MC package – 4-hour duration

  • Ensure the reception runs like clockwork

  • Liaise with other wedding vendors 

  • Communication with all housekeeping matters

  • Get the guests warmed up

  • Introduction of the wedding party

  • Introduction of the wedding couple

  • Invites guests who are making a speech

  • Announces the cake cutting

Funeral Service

  • Meeting with you and your family to discuss the service requirements in detail

  • Assistance with choosing a funeral director to care for your loved one at the time of death and/or liaison with chosen funeral director throughout the process of the funeral

  • Writing of funeral service including creation or assistance with eulogy and personal tributes if required

  • Assistance with music selection

  • Assistance with choosing readings, rituals, verses & poetry selection

  • Coordination of family and speakers for service including RSL or other service groups

  • The use of a professional PA system if required for graveside or outdoor venue

  • Funeral advocate/liaison with other celebration of life/interment/ scattering of ashes or other end of life services

  • Pre-planning a service with individuals prior to death who wish to be involved in the creation of their own funeral/memorial
